Invictus The movie

'INVICTUS the movie' was directed by Clint Eastwood and has Matt Damon,and Morgan Freeman as cast.This film is about Nelson Mandela's approach towards Apartheid (Blacks and White skinned tensions).

After Nelson Mandela(Morgan Freeman) was released from jail and elected president of South Africa the white skinned people were very much agitated.But Nelson did not disapprove of them nor did he treat them with vengeance.Instead he made a fair deal by employing blacks and whites in equal ratio.

Interestingly blacks and whites were against each other.So to deal with the hatred he had to device a better strategy.

What about a Rugby tournament?Enters Matt Damon as the captain of the South Africa national team,'Springboks'.Nelson is made aware that there is a world cup coming up and there is going to be a billion people all over the world who will watch the team play.

The film takes its hold from here teaching the world what leadership is,and how can it be achieved.The director makes no mistakes and allows the president to lead his country to victory not just in the rugby world cup but in the world's view towards apartheid.
